Less than 1/100ths of 1% of our records are disputed. We believe that statistic speaks for itself.

According to a 2018 HR.com report sponsored by the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA), 95 percent of surveyed employers indicated that they use one or more types of employment background screening. So, it’s very likely that most of us will undergo a background at some point in our career or lifetime.

At RSI we take great care to ensure that our records are accurate, following diligent order review and compliance procedures on every background check that is performed.

In addition, our Nationwide Criminal Report is made up of hundreds of millions of records from over a thousand different databases. We also use a Nationwide County Search Network that covers every county jurisdiction in the U.S. ( 3,243 counties).

Your Trafficking Documentation (a determination that a consumer is a victim of trafficking, made by a Federal, State, or Tribal governmental entity, or by a court of competent jurisdiction and documentation that identifies items of adverse information that should not be furnished by a consumer reporting agency because the items resulted from a severe form of trafficking in persons or sex trafficking of which the consumer is the victim.)
